  Dogue De Bordeaux
This breed's origin is not completely known. It was introduced to the U.S. in the 1960's. It is believed to have both the traits of the Bulldog and the mastiff as the dog has some of the featues of both breeds. It can weigh up to 145 pounds and stands as high as 27 inches at the shoulder. The Dogue makes a great family pet and is very loving to children.
  Neapolitan
The ancestry of this very large dog dates back to the early days of the Roman Empire where they were known for their size and used as watchdogs and for hunting. This dog can weight as much as 180 pounds and measure up to 28 inches at the shoulder. Socialization and training is recommended for this breed of dog.
